Finely chopped Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilly - 1 ( or as per taste)
Finely chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
Fresh Mint leaves - a handful
Curry leaves - 1 leaflet
Chopped Onion - 1 (medium sized)
Chopped Carrots - 2
Oil - 4 tsp
MASALA SPICES :-
BLACK STONE FLOWER, CARDAMOM, MARATI MOGGU, STAR ANISE AND BAY LEAF
