CAPSICUM SABJI |
Ingredients:-
Capsicum - 3
Onion - 2
Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon ( 1tbsp = 15grams)
Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Groundnut powder - 4 tablespoon
Oil - 5 tablespoon
Cumin seeds / jeeragam - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:-
Cut the Capsicum in cubes. Chop the onions. Dry roast the groundnuts and make a powder using mixie.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it splutter, add onions and saute for 2 mins. Add capsicum, salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and keep it in sim/low flame for 7 minutes. Mix after 5 minutes.
Add chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute till the capsicum gets cooked completely.
Now add the groundnut powder and mix it well. Switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped coriander.
Capsicum sabji is ready.
