CHAPPATHI CHOPS/ CHAPPATHI NOODLES





INGREDIENTS:
            Chappathi – 4
            Onion – ½ cup
            Capsicum – ½ cup
            Tomato – ½
            Carrot – 1
            Beans – ¼ cup
            Green chilly – 2
            Garam masala – ½ tsp
            Coriander leaves – ½ cup
            Crushed Ginger garlic – 1 tsp
            Oil – 1 tsp
            Salt

METHOD:
1.    Cut the chappathis using a kitchen scissor into cubes or in the shape of noodles.
2.    Heat oil in a pan and add onion, a little later, carrot, beans and chilly,  saute for a while.
3.   Add Capsicum and ginger garlic, tomato and cook for 2 minutes. The Capsicum should be crunchy and not over cooked.
4.    Add Garam masala and salt.
5.    Add the chappathi pieces and mix well.
6.    Garnish with coriander leaves.
7.    A teaspoon of tomato sauce can be added to enhance taste.

NOTE:
            Overnight left over chappathis can be cooked this way. Children will love to eat it.
