INGREDIENTS:
Sesame seed – 250g
Red chilly – 100g
Asafotedia – 1 tsp
Oil – ½ tsp
Salt
METHOD:
1.
Dry roast sesame seeds in low flame and allow
it to splutter.
2.
Add oil in a pan and roast the red chilly.
Add asafotedia and allow it to cool.
3.
Take a mixer, add chilly and salt and grind
well.
4.
Add sesame seeds and whip in intervals. Do
not grind.
5.
Now Sesame idli podi is ready.
Note:
Sesame is a variety
of oil seed. So, grinding too much will make the powder mushy.
